About RealPoints


The points that you will earn in completing a survey or task in the SurveyReal platform is called “RealPoints”. The number of RealPoints rewarded to a panel member differs depending on the achieved task or completed survey. The accumulated RealPoints that you have earned by completing various tasks or surveys can be exchanged for gift vouchers or cash transferred thru digital wallets. One RealPoint is equivalent to Php 1. However, please take note that the minimum required for redemption is 300 RealPoints.


STRAND-Asia, the owner of SurveyReal, reserves the right to disapprove a request for rewards redemption of a panel member in case of misconduct, fraud, and other related offenses detection. Similarly, STRAND-Asia reserves the right to make changes to the pointing system of this panel without prior notice. How to earn RealPoints? You will instantly earn your initial RealPoints once you have registered to SurveyReal. Then, later on, you will be asked to update your profile which will also let you earn some points. Bigger points will be rewarded if you completed an actual survey. The list of tasks/ activities that will earn RealPoints is given in the dashboard once you registered and logged in.


How to redeem your RealPoints?


1) Log in to your account. Mag-log in sa iyong account.


2) Once you have reached your dashboard, go to the “Rewards” panel to check on your accumulated RealPoints and the available rewards for redemption. Sa sandaling ikaw ay makarating sa iyong dashboard, pumunta sa “Rewards” panel upang makita ang naipon mong RealPoints at ang mga rewards na maaari mong makuha.


3) Check for the rewards that is applicable to you. Those with “Redeem” button mean that you have sufficient points required to that specific reward. Failure to see any “Redeem” button in the rewards selection means that you do not have enough points to redeem any. Pumili sa mga rewards na naaangkop para sa iyo. Ang mga makikita mong may “Redeem” button ay nangangahulugang mayroon kang sapat na mga puntos upang makuha ang reward na ito. Kung sakaling wala kang makitang “Redeem” button, ibig sabihin ay kulang pa ang iyong mga puntos upang ipagpalit ng mga rewards.


4) Select the reward that you would like to receive. Click the “Redeem” button to proceed with the redemption. Piliin kung aling reward ang iyong nais makuha. Pindutin lamang ang “Redeem” button upang tuluyang maiproseso ang iyong redemption.


5) A notification will be sent to SurveyReal management to review and process your redemption application. Makakatanggap ng abiso ang SurveyReal na nagpapabatid na pinoproseso na ang iyong redemption application.


6) The RealPoints used for the redemption will be automatically deducted from your account but will be counted as “Points Reserved” while waiting for the approval of your request. To check on the status of your request, you may go to “My Account” and click on “Points” menu. Ang RealPoints na iyong ipinalit sa reward ay awtomatikong mababawas sa iyong account ngunit pansamantala muna itong magiging “Reserbang Puntos” habang ikaw ay naghihintay na maaprubahan ang iyong request. Kung nais makita ang status ng iyong request, maaari mong bisitahin ang “My Account” at pindutin ang “Points” menu.


7) Once approved, it will take a maximum of 15 calendar days for your redemption to be processed successfully. You will receive a text message to your registered mobile number or email for the processed reward. So, we are expecting that your email address and mobile number are updated because SurveyReal is not responsible if the reward cannot be delivered to the email address or mobile number provided due to invalid information, etc. Sa pagkakataon na ito ay maaprubahan, maghintay lang nang hanggang 15 na araw bago tuluyang makuha ang iyong reward. Makakatanggap ka ng text message sa iyong nirehistrong numero o email address hinggil sa iyong reward. Inaasahan namin na ang iyong email address at personal na numerong ibinigay ay updated dahil ang SurveyReal ay hindi responsable kung sakaling ang reward ay hindi maipadala sa email address o personal na numero na iyong ibinigay sa kadahilanang ito ay hindi tama.
